  • Product: the AI OS / CEO’s Framework (including any Notion templates, prompts, resources, onboarding flows, and related content).
  • Personal information / personal data: information that identifies you or can reasonably identify you.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

A) Identity and contact

  • Name (first/last)
  • Email address

B) Purchase and payment metadata

  • Product purchased, price, timestamp
  • Payment confirmation identifiers, invoice/receipt metadata, fraud/risk signals provided by the payment processor
  • We do not store full payment card numbers; payment processing is handled by our payment provider(s)

C) Post‑purchase onboarding / setup information (profile + business)

If you complete a post‑purchase onboarding / setup flow, we may collect information you submit such as:

  • Primary AI goal
  • Job level, job function
  • Industry, company size range
  • Monthly revenue range (MRR range)
  • AI tools you use (including an “other” free‑text field)

D) Technical, usage, and device information

  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP
  • Device and browser information, user agent
  • Pages viewed, timestamps, referring URL/referring site

E) Attribution and marketing parameters

  • Campaign parameters such as UTM source/medium/campaign/content/term
  • Source page / entry point identifiers (e.g., which form or page you used)

F) Communications

  • Messages you send to us (support requests, emails, feedback) and our responses

5. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

We may use cookies and/or browser storage to:

  • Maintain session state
  • Remember preferences
  • Support post‑purchase onboarding flows
  • Measure performance and improve user experience
