Terms of Service

By accessing mez.systems or purchasing, downloading, duplicating, or using the AI OS / CEO’s Framework Notion template and related materials (the "Product"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site or Product.

• Product: the AI OS / CEO’s Framework, including templates, databases, dashboards, prompts, content, onboarding flows, updates, and any related materials we provide.
• You: the person or entity purchasing or using the Product.
• Site: mez.systems and any related pages used to sell or deliver the Product.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

• The Product is delivered digitally (for example via email link, Notion template duplication flow, or account access).
• No physical goods are shipped.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and Notion account used to receive or duplicate the Product.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own internal personal or business use.

You may:

• Duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace(s)
• Modify it for your internal use

You may not (and may not permit others to):

• Resell, redistribute, publish, or share the Product (or a substantially similar derivative) as a standalone product
• Provide the Product as part of a competing template bundle
• Offer the Product (or derivatives) as a service or deliverable to clients unless you have written permission
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices in a way that suggests the Product is authored by someone else
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract underlying content for the purpose of building a competing product
• Use the Product in any way that infringes intellectual property or other rights

We may revoke the license if you violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, delivery flows, or systems
• Interfere with security, performance, availability, or integrity
• Use the Site to transmit malicious code or to abuse our infrastructure
• Use the Product or Site for unlawful purposes

The Product may rely on third-party services (including Notion). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, or fees imposed by third parties.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Product or Site at any time, including features, content, and delivery mechanisms. We do not guarantee ongoing availability of any specific feature.

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (for example Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

The Product is for educational and operational tooling purposes only.

• It is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
• You are responsible for decisions you make and actions you take using the Product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Product and Site are provided "as is" and "as available".
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your requirements.

Some jurisdictions (including Australia) provide consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude non-excludable rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Product or Site.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Product or Site is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to:

• resupplying the Product, or
• paying the cost of resupply.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mez Studios harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Product or Site
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

This indemnity does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our negligence or willful misconduct, where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Product (including delivery links and services) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

• Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
• No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction.
• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the Product.
