Refund Policy

1. Digital product nature

The Product is delivered digitally (for example via Notion template duplication, downloadable resources, or email access links). Because of the nature of digital products, we need clear rules to prevent abuse.

2. Change of mind

To the extent permitted by law, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once access has been provided.

If Australian Consumer Law (ACL) applies, you may have non-excludable consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights you cannot waive under law.

3. When you can request a refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge)
  • You did not receive access and we cannot provide access within a reasonable time after support is contacted
  • The Product is materially defective or not as described, and we cannot remedy the issue in a reasonable time

4. When refunds are not provided

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Not using the Product after purchase
  • Deciding the Product is not a fit for your workflow after gaining access
  • Issues caused by third-party services (for example Notion outages, account issues, or feature changes)
  • Failure to follow setup instructions

5. How to request a refund

Email oliver@mezcorp.co with:

  • The email used at purchase
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any screenshots or error details (if relevant)

6. Timing

We aim to respond within 2–5 business days. If a refund is approved, timing depends on your payment provider and bank.

7. 14-day setup guarantee (goodwill policy)

If you complete the Product’s setup (including implementing the documentation/workspace structure as intended) and decide it’s not for you, you can request a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of completing setup.

To use this guarantee, you must:

  • Complete the full setup steps (so we can be confident the Product was actually tried)
  • Request the refund within 14 days of completing setup

This goodwill guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
